Panaeolus foenisecii

This basket was the beautiful beginning of my mushroom collection. I had finally gotten this amazing green colour into my raffia after alot of experimenting with Indigo and henna (I don't think Ill be able to do it again). I started to weave this basket in the hills of Dorrigo NSW while away camping. I often walked with my son and we would point out moss and mushrooms. I felt the need to start bringing that wonder into some baskets and this foresty lush green basket would be the inspiration. 

She was named after the Panaeolus foenisecii aka Mowers mushroom.

Size: 450mm high x 120mm base (not including mushroom measurements) 50mm mushroom from top of basket

I recommend not leaving them sitting in direct sunshine, if treated with love and respect this basket will last a lifetime.
